Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, Hatch office staff will be working remotely for their health and safety in coordination with social distancing protocols until it is safe to return to our normal operating procedures. With our state of the art technology systems, we can complete all of our work from the safety of our homes to provide the exceptional customer service our customers expect!
For any in-person estimates, our estimators will call when they arrive to your home or property. Of course you will have the option to come out and talk with an estimator while maintaining social distance guidelines or we can complete the process over the phone while you remain inside your home. This way we can ensure your project is quoted correctly and any of your questions are answered!
When possible, crews are limiting the number of people in each vehicle to help ensure social distancing when in route to job sites. On the job, they are practicing social distancing whenever possible. All crews are equipped with cleaning supplies for shared tools. Crew members are also equipped with masks and gloves to wear during the work day when it is possible to wear them. Foreman will call when arriving to the job site instead of knocking on doors. If a client prefers to be outside on the job site, we are asking that social distancing guidelines are followed.
Hatch is following the strict guidelines of the COVID-19 safe practice employer guidelines. Any employee that suspects they are infected with COVID-19, or that believes they have come in contact with COVID-19, will be asked to remain out of work under the COVID-19 safe practice employer guideline.
